What’s missing from your diet?

Eating a bowl of living foods, such as a mixed salad with every cooked meal, may help with digestion, and may also reduce the risk of many health problems.

As you can see from this picture, I made a salad consisting of:

Cucumber – Which is a natural diuretic, and helps flush the kidneys and bladder.

Spinach – The high fiber and cleansing effect of spinach, aids the digestive system by keeping things moving.

Red Peppers – High in Vitamin C and antioxidants, reduces the risk of infections.

Avocado – Healthy fat, heart friendly and high in fibre.

Avocado oil – Rich and smooth, tastes great and has many health benefits.

Cherry Tomatoes – High in the antioxidant Lycopene, which helps reduce the risk of cancer, heart disease, diabetes and many more health problems.

Feta Cheese – lower in fat than most other cheeses and contains beneficial bacteria.

SO LOOK AFTER YOURSELF WITH LIVING FOODS!
