Sometimes you’ve just got to eat what you fancy, and if that means a yummy cheese jacket potato, then so be it.
I really enjoyed topping my hot roasted crunchy on the outside and fluffy in the inside potato, with a table spoon of soft Philadelphia cheese and grated mature cheddar cheese, YUM! Then I filled the rest of my plate with lots of healthy living vegetables and it was SO GOOD!
So many people are afraid to eat cheese nowadays, because they have either been told that it’s too high in cholesterol or that it’s too fattening. But through studying nutrition, I believe that if most of what is on your plate is raw, such as salads and vegetables, which aid in digestion and have many more health benefits, then you shouldn’t be so hard on yourself and enjoy a little of the foods you once loved.
And carry these ten cheeses unto the captain of their thousand, and look how thy brethren fare, and take their pledge. (1 Samuel 17:18)
